Breach lord bug questline

Hi, I've currently got a bugged quest state for the breach atlas points. I cleared the it that was fights, thought I had finished stuff up after speaking to ailith and went back to the monastery. The door is opened for the special room but no NPCs are spawned. I can't speak to the mysterious acolyte because there isn't one. This may in part be due to me helping a friend on his breach quests before starting my own which lead to a bug of not being able to clear breach walls myself for a bit. Please advise on how to fix this, I can't fight xesht until this is fixed I think.
