Manifest Weapon not working with talismans

The manifested talisman will follow the player around until a mob is in range, then it will stop all actions until there are no more enemies in range, at which point it will start following the player again.

Swapping to a different weapon will make the manifested weapon behave as intended, but swapping back to talisman will make it not perform any action again.
