Quests "Ancient Beacons" and "The Runeseeker" are bugged completely.

Quest "Anceint Beacons": I couldn't enter the ruins due to a location update, and the portal simply disappeared.

Quest "The Runeseeker": There's simply no clickable object in the 3rd Act, location Mystic Reguge (the first character had one, but the second didn't).
