Act 4 Torn map pieces bug

While in campaign when the torn map piece dropped - I didnt pick it up and it was marked as completed. revisiting the area does not drop another map piece.
I've collected the other map pieces and the quest says to take the maps to Dannig. Talking to him doesn't complete the questline and I'm stuck with 3 torn map pieces in my inventory.
Can I get some help about this issue.
