Forgin armor at the anvil removes the existing quality effect

I had the unique lightning coil armor with 20% quality. I then upgraded at the anvil to gain runi ward. After the upgrade the armor has still 20% quality, but the bonus from the quality disapeared. Its armor value and evasion has been reverted to base.

I cannot enhance the quality again as it still claims to have 20%.

Don't tell me this isn't a bug ;)
