The Artisan Challenge Bugged/NYI

Working on my last challenge to finish up the 8/8 and running into a couple issues.

It appears that Swift Alloy is just not in the game at all and it is needed for The Artisan challenge.

It shows up in the Currency Exchange interface, but attempting to do a trade site search for it doesn't even have the item as a listable search (every other alloy is searchable this way).

Another problem that I'm running into is that I have apparently missed a crafting recipe. I don't currently have any quests related to Farrow. Perhaps that one is my fault, but this is preventing me from using an Exceptional Verisium for the Artisan challenge.
