"The Grand Expedition" Questling is STILL BUGGED after 2 deployed fixe

The first fix in Hotfix 7 was supposed to add boss encounter to an unfinished map, which missed all the people that did ALL the maps searching for Gwennen before the fix was deployed.

The second one, Hotfix 11, said the following:
"Fixed the Atlas Expedition quest failing to spawn a boss for players who had previously completed all revealed Ocean maps."

That is kinda true, as you can see in the picture above. The quest zone is clearly added, right next to the Ruins of Kingsmarch. It wasn't there before the hotfix and in its place there was another random map layout with nothing special.

BUT

The problem is, that it is still marked as completed and there is no way to do this map again. Going to Kingsmarch does nothing, can't talk to anyone, can't progress the quest in any way.

I'm stuck at this state of the Atlas. For the THIRD time now.
