Azmeri Spirit Map Spawned no Spirits

Just did an azmeri spirit map (the one in the precursor area) on blooming field that spawned no azmeri spirits.

I am specced into the map boss spirits. I checked the whole map, and there are none, yet the icons tell me there are.
