Doedre's Undoing is just not scaling with anything :c

To me it would seem that, as it has Spell and Chaos Tag, it should scale with both chaos damage and spell damage.
But so far neither spell damage, chaos damage or damage as extra do anything at all. The only thing that works is Chaos Levels. And it can crit but I dont know if crit chance and crit dmg bonus actually apply.

This is extremely disappointing since it was my favourity build last league and now, not only did it get completely gutted mechanicaly with it now taking so much longer to do damage with having to wait for the frogs to spawn and jump, it also just isnt scalable at all anymore.
I just want to kill enemies with curses :(

I also play doedre because last legue it was fun now i've tried everything but finding it hard to see if anything scales. Have you found something yet?
