Ange's bug, I can't access the trades

I'm experiencing gameplay difficulties at the start of this league. Unfortunately, my character doesn't have access to buying and selling items. The quest seems to be completed, but I can't buy or sell anything at Ange.

I kindly request the developers' attention to this problem. This doesn't only affect me; apparently, it's a bug affecting several accounts.
