Stuck in Twisted Domain after defeating Xesht (story)

Defeated Xesht for the story, got a bit of loot and a few passive skill points, however now i cannot leave the room. I can create a teleport, but cannot click it to leave. I took the checkpoint back to the beginning, but that also doesn't do anything.

Unless i am missing a vital progression thingy here, it looks like my character is stuck.
