Ritual progression affected by crash.

Hi,
i was just in the last ritual for the new ritual pinnacle boss, when my game crashed. This caused the ritual to end without me being able to get the last limb for the boss fight. now it looks like i'm locked out of it. Is there anyway i can recover the last piece?
Would be a shame to lose access to it due to a crash.
