map blocked and game locked when unlocking a zone

every time i do for the first time an endgame mechanic (like i do my first abyss and i speak with the zombie giraffe, or i do my first map ritual and i speak witht he ghost, or like in this case i visit the burning monolith for the first time in the questline... in general, every time there is smth to be shown on the atlas map without me opening it first) the game decide to completely freeze itself, eat RAM and get stucked like stepsis in a washing machine. for the first 2 times i tried waiting (30 min and 5 min respectively). the game gets fixed if u stop it and restart, with no loss on progress or quest, is just annoying.
id had not happened when doryiani showed me the map for the fisrt time, while the wall got up, and when i released tecrod. every other time, game stucked
