ACT 3 THE RUNESEEKER I cant click the book to end the quest

Same here. Cant continue with quest

Same, before the patch, I visited the mystic refuge and nothing triggered. After the patch, now farrow appears with the clickable summon icon. Talked to him, exhausted all the dialogue options, nothing else is clickable in room, quest "the runeseeker - study the runic knowledge" still in incomplete.

Quest : Runeseeker Act 3

After clearing the Mystic Refuge he ask you to study the Runic Knowledge

but it is impossible to interact with the said Altar
