Exhaust All Power hidden Oracle notable not working as written.

Hi. Either the description is wrong, or the implementation is wrong.

It reads:

Archon recovery period expires 30% slower
Archon Buffs also grant +50% Critical Damage Bonus
Archon Buffs also grant +30% Critical Hit Chance

1. Recovery period: haven't tested, not important

2. Crit Bonus:
-Expected outcome: +50% to base critical damage bonus, further scalable by increased and more critical damage bonus modifiers
-Actual outcome: Unscalable +50% flat critical damage bonus *after* all other increased crit bonus calculations (haven't tested with any sources of More Critical Damage Bonus )

3. Crit Chance:
-Expected outcome: +30% to base critical hit chance, further scalable by increased chance to critically hit modifiers
-Actual outcome: 30% increased critical hit chance, calculated additively on the same layer as other increases to base crit chance

Please update the wording on this node to reflect its actual intended state if it's intended, or fix the way it works.
It has been first reported as far back as on Druid's release in 0.4.
