Grand Mirror Quest broken

Digsite Map Boss(mirrored) is stuck after killing the normal one.
quest states that i should investaigate the Grand Mirror. but nothing spawned

I also have an issue with grand mirror at the digsite. Killed the boss, got Elder Madox to spawn, was told to investigate the mirror but there's no mirror or other interactable in sight. If I had to guess I'd say the scripted change in the arena when the pillars fall could be messing with the quest. Bug reference number 1,781,268,816.


Update: Retried the map, focused on and killed the mirrored boss before the real one phased, got the quest to progress. Also had an attempt in between where the mirrored boss was stuck at the edge of freshly impassable rubble.
