(BUG) OLROTH'S RESOLVE FLASK ENTIRELY USELESS

I am not sure if this was a nerf or not but I am leaning towards this HAS to be a bug for how rare of a drop this flask is still.
Currently, the flask NO LONGER has the 'gain guard' line on it. It is literally worse than a well rolled ultimate life flask at the moment. This has to be a bug because I looked at all the hotfixes and patch notes so far and NOTHING mentions this flask. I am surprised no one has really posted about this yet. Thanks, I searched on google about it and didn't see any posts on it. I guess I had bad search criteria. Really hope this is fixed, like today.
And wow, another expedition flask doesn't work? This has to be a bug then. |

Uhterd's does have its effect listed, unlike Olroth's, but yeah, functionally they both do not work.
I feel like they have too many other issues at the moment, so my hope that it is fixed soon is dwindling. Surprised they have not said anything at all about it though, Olroth's was a chase item for me. |

yea i got one and it doesn't work, its a very important chase item they should fix it fast
