Idol of the Pharisee on staff reduces mana but doesn't grant extra physical damage

Hello,

I have encountered a bug involving Idol of the Pharisee socketed in a Staff.

When the idol is equipped, the character correctly loses 30% of Maximum Mana as stated by the modifier. However, the corresponding extra Physical Damage bonus is not being granted.
