Weapon swamp kills me

I have curse carver with elemental weakness curse and a good es shield. I'm a mana only build with chaos inoc. every time I weapon swap in combat, it pops me... i tried without weapon swapping and my build works fine. I have no weapon swap skills on the tree yet, so that isn't it. I need an admin to check my account and character setup and tell me why i'm dying when weapon swapping in combat, cause i can't figure it out, TYVM.
