Spirit Walker character crashes on load - QuadrillaBossMinion1 error (other characters work)

Issue:

My Spirit Walker character crashes every time I attempt to load into the game.

The character is currently located in Act 3: Atziri's Temple.

Other characters on my account load and play normally. The issue only affects this specific character.

I was using Spirit Walker beast companions before the issue started.

The game begins loading the character and then crashes with the following error:

Troubleshooting attempted:

* Restarted the game
* Switched between Vulkan and DirectX
* Verified that other characters load normally
* Reproduced multiple times

Result:
The crash occurs every time on this character, while all other characters function normally.
