Worst experience EVER in Poe2

Im getting freezed/crashed every single map, cant keep playing this way. At 0.4 it was going fine with stables fps, now im getting a "deadlock error" or "fatal error metadata/monster/quadrilla/quadrillabossminion1@46" or even not error, just freeze and crash every single map or even in city when i open commerce or new maps. Its so annoying right now

i even upgraded my old cpu from a ryzen 5 3400g to a 5700x, got a lot more fps, but now i cant play the game because of the crashes
Yesterday even playing in party with a friend he got the same crashes, and he have way better PC than me.




some other bugs:
olroth resolve not working (lost 21 div yesterday for not reading the bug/shadow nerf)
tree skin map device dont track maps, still showing like i completed 0 maps
npc gold tracker didnt reset after last season, i dont know if this is intended but keep saying i farmed like 900b gold
stuck after getting off the new deli map (i cant remember the name, where u get the new amulet base)
a lot of map losses cuz fail on quest or things like that
the commerce is not working as smoth as before, u cant even search by pressing enter, this open the chat now
alva dont show currency specifications if u already have the item in the trade box, u have to go and search for the item again if u want to double check what are u buying (for example i always confuse dextral with sinistral, and i like to double check them before acepting the trade, but cant right now)
map dont show after talking to npc to keep advancing the quest, screen remains in black

surely there are some more that i cant remember right now, but plz fix the crashes :/

EDIT:
I just created another (witch contagion) and also crashes even in act 1 and 2... wtf is going on? i thought it was a quadrilla problem
