Stuck in Fractured Dreamer cosmetic inside My Cosmetics screen

I am unable to see what cosmetic I have equipped cus my char looks like it is wearing the full Fractured Dreamer set when I have no gear on or any cosmetic on.

This is on a brand new Huntress seconds old. When I click on a cosmetic item in the My Cosmetics page it does not remove the Fractured dreamer gear at all.

Again this is on a brand new char. this is not happening when I make any other new char.

This only happens on huntress. NVM just made a new merc and it is doing it to my merc now also.

I have tried remaking the char I have tried reinstalling i have tried clearing Cache. I booted it up on my steamdeck and it still shows the same thing.
