Ancient liquid emotions drop more often than the atlas passive indicates

I have almost my entire delerium tree now allocated but and I believe that there is a bug with either the perk "I know your childhood fears..." or liquid emotion drops in general. Right now I haven't used any liquid emotions at all or bought any as I am ssf and the skew of ancient to normal liquid emotions is a little less than 2:1 right now.
