Delirium Atlast Tree Bugged

My Delirium Tree is showing 29/31 with 2 points available to allocate.

However, the below nodes have not been allocated:

1) Recurring Nightmares - When i go to select an option the node just unallocates the point on its own.

2)"You Thought You Were Free?" - Unselectable

3)"Grand Mirror Chance" - Not sure if this is because of #2 as it's connected

4)"Is this about me... or you?" - Same as #3

Is this a known issue? Or is this only affecting me?

I was able to allocate the points after defeating the pinnacle boss.

Still don't have the main node, but I'm assuming that's locked behind something as well.
