Sacred Archives Map Device Count Mechanic Not Working

I believe there is a bug with the Sacred Archives Map Device.

The Count value is not increasing when completing league mechanics inside maps. For example, after completing a Breach, the Count should increase by 1, but it remains at 0.

Breach
Expedition
Delirium
Ritual

However, currently the Count stays at 0 no matter how many of these encounters I complete inside maps.
