Picked up a stack of 3 Perfect Jeweller's Orbs from a rune/remnant encounter.

At the time I had 3 Lesser Jeweller's Orbs in my inventory, which I believe were not there before the pickup.

I explicitly selected the reward containing the stack of 3 Perfect Jeweller's Orbs and manually picked them up from the ground.

After picking up the stack, the Perfect Jeweller's Orbs were not present in my inventory or stash. It appeared as if the Perfect Jeweller's Orbs may have been transformed into Lesser Jeweller's Orbs.

I also obtained the achievement related to collecting 7 or more runes during the encounter (I believe it was "The Runeseeker"), which confirms that the encounter completed successfully and the rewards were generated.

The encounter had two reward options. One of them may have been Olroth's Saga, but I explicitly selected the reward containing the stack of 3 Perfect Jeweller's Orbs.

I checked both inventory and stash again after relogging, and the Perfect Jeweller's Orbs were still missing.

No manual drop, trade, currency exchange, crash or disconnect occurred.
