Reference 988.816.422 Map not completable after respawn

killed every mob in map while completing all content.
including delirium mirror.
died once to greater map boss at the end.

killed it after map reset (the 0 monster instance thing)

still says "activate delirium mirror" as map objective. so map completion impossible.

no mirror in map, i checked
