Arbiter of Divinity (Legacy of Precursors quest) - Bug

Attained Origin Cradle and Origin Spark from respective Matriarch and Patriarch Halls.

Got to the Origin Tower, inserted them into Precursor Reactor and got back the Origin Core.

The game then bugged, not letting me ascend the tower. I relogged, and now I'm stuck with the Origin Core and no way to ascend the tower because the Cradle and the Spark are gone.

I'm stuck in this part of the quest due to bug and cannot progress atlas further.
