tablets bugged?

or some reason I don't have any tablet slots available on my atlas. I put a waystone in and the tablet slots are just not there. I've got to a tower and was given a tablet by Doryani but I think I messed it up somehow it didn't actually take the tablet because I don't really have it with me, and it seems to be bugged or something. Help?? am I supposed to play without tablets for the rest of the league?
