Ritual atlas - can not allocate point to Invigorated Sacrifices node

I had no similar issues so far with the base atlas or other league mechanic related atlas trees, all points could be allocated without issues. Here no matter which one of the three I choose, I can't allocate the selected node.

For some reason there's also no blue line leading to this node like there's one for leading to each node point that I can allocate right now. The passive doesn't have any prior requirements stated on it, so I assume I should be able to grab it wherever my current progression is with rituals.
