I'm out! 3 days and not able to play POE 2.0 v 0.5.0

Hi GGG Support team!

I really hope you're doing well and manage to hire more people. Answering via support ticket to a play that you can't provide a better answer due to a lack of staff is not the way anyone in the other side is expecting to get your attention.

Long story short: I can't play the new league!

The day was Friday, the time was 22h30 CET, kids sleeping, wife at Neflix session, myself getting ready for a long night of dying in ACT 1 with the Monk build. (and spent at least 1 week until getting to maps)

Steam was launched a few days ago, to update POE 2.0 since didnt play v 0.4.0, re organize stash tabs, and clear it. All good, all set.

Upgrade went well, no issues, starting the game, version updated on bottom left of the screen, getting the monk... only previous patch avaiable. Ok let's restart it, force a clear cache and update it again after files validation.

Didn't work....

Let's check streamers, open youtube , twitch, everyone playing, lets ask chat! Some guys with the same issue, rebooting pc, steam, chaging download area and gate inside game works for them! cool let's try it! NOT WOrking...

Oh--> it's your ISP, you cant load the server manifest, something odd...reboot your rooter, get a new IP, change DNS, wtver, NOTHING works!

Let's do a clean install, unistall, clean all temp file or cache files, fresh install....

Didn't work.


OH - create a standard league char, and force client\server for a new handshake and donwload new manifest..... sounds good, use "admin mode" on running Steam, and force again download area and tenant area inside game....

Not working!!!

OH you're using Amsterdam and Madrid, 2 mirrors with issues, try Frankfurt or Milan.... try both, didn't work!!!

Let's use copilot or chatgpt....same feedback, guidelines, after all, the tool mentioned: it can be a flag on your account, try email GGG... I've done it... they reply with 4 urls and letting me know they are running out of staff....

So, POE community, GGG staff, is there a way I can put my hands on v0.5.0?

I'm still getting the small patch you release each day...thats cool, so sad I cant create a new char into the new league....
