Unable to Find Matriach/Patriach Hall - Breach 31/32 unable to add last pts.

So After doing DIvine Arbiter, I started doing Atlass stuff for league mechanics, did Abys Breach working on deli Fully UNlicked HIlda and Jado and Now I am working on Doriany beacaus No matter how far I go Outside the City I am unable to find those halls.
When I go back to the WP at the Overseer tower the one in the back and I ascent, "I see the lever still down I try to run past it game crash"
I'm trying to find a way to get to kill him 4 more time so I can unlock my full atlass tree and it's really frustrating
I did stone/copper citadel killed Arbiter of Ash for a second time didn't progress anything.
Also breach im at 31/32 but I got 32/32 unlock just unable to put the point.
What am I missing? do I need to unlock all maters 4/4 and all side mechancis it makes no sense. I've did a lot of research adn everyone tell me to do just keep exploring.....
