When using Runic Infusion support, Shooting a crossbow bolt will cost 20% of your Runic Ward, then when reloading will cost an additional 20%, resulting in 40% of your ward being subtracted.

Expected result: cost is only subtracted when reloading the crossbow bolt, similar to how Mana is subtracted only when reloading.
