Dominus' Providence Notable not working as intended.

The "Unaffected by Elemental Weakness" portion of the notable isn't working. Elemental Resist still being reduced by 30% in maps with Elemental Weakness curse.

Haven't confirmed the "Immune to Exposure" as no guarnantee method to get it applied(that i know of).

Hoping this gets hotfixed soon, as I had geared up to not be overcapped on Resistences assuming I wouldn't need to.
