Corrupted item vanished

I placed an item in a corrupted altar, the item and the altar have vanished. I have logged in and out, fully closed PoE and no luck getting it back.

The exact same thing just happened to me. Both item and altar disappeared. Tried relogging and restarting, but my item is gone.
