Grand Mirrors Often Spawn In Unrevealed Areas the mirror wont let you place the zone

When you kill a boss that spawns a grand mirror, most of the time it ends up being somewhere you haven't uncovered and you have no idea where it is exactly.

also you cant place the zone anywhere on the atlas most of the time.

delirium is just bugged all over.

just found another grand mirror, can't place the area on the atlas
