after patch 0.5.0b Hotfix 10 still 100% Reproducible Crash: Hollow Form + Whirling Assault

Hollow Form + Whirling Assault causes an immediate crash to desktop.

The crash is 100% reproducible on my character. As soon as I use Whirling Assault while Hollow Form is active, the game instantly closes with no error message.
