"Audience with the King" cannot be consumed - Unable to access Ritual Pinnacle Bosses

I'd like to report a bug regarding the item "Audience with the King". Currently, this item cannot be consumed or used in any way.
After checking multiple community forums, it seems many players are experiencing the same issue. We have no idea where or how to use this item. As a result, we are unable to re-open the "RitualRiteOfTheNameless" to challenge the Ritual Pinnacle Bosses and obtain their specific drop items.
Right now, the Ritual Altars only function for normal map encounters. We are completely locked out of challenging the Uber boss and the 6-boss encounter.
Could you please confirm if this is a known bug? If so, is there any ETA on a fix? This is currently blocking players from accessing the endgame Ritual content.
