Ps5 Martial artist class tattoo runes stucks since my frist ascension

Since my very first Ascension point, I tested the rune choices in Act 3, and from that moment on I have not been able to change any of the runes I selected. I am now level 90 and my class runes are still the exact same ones from Act 3. I would really appreciate if this could be reviewed as soon as possible, because it directly affects how I can improve and progress my build.

Another bug I am experiencing is that every time I gain passive points, the game keeps showing them as “available” in the menu even after I have already allocated them.

A third issue: whenever I try to change my passive points — both normal passives and Ascension passives — I need to change zones/maps before the game actually lets me allocate the points. Otherwise, the allocation does not apply
