"Smash to Smithereens" no triggering from Hollow Form socketed skill

Thank you for reading through my bug report.

The title pretty much says it all.

The explosion from Smash to Smithereens skill is not triggering when I heavy stun an enemy with a skill, socketed into Hollow Form.
