Urgent: Critical Bug - Game crashes during loading screen / Cannot log into character

Dear Customer Support Team,

I am writing to urgently report a critical bug that has completely locked me out of my character. The game now constantly crashes on the loading screen whenever I try to log in.

The Root Cause: The issue started immediately after I equipped a specific Legendary Jewel: "

From NothingDiamond
with the "Whispers of Doom imprint/affix. Right after socketing it into my passive tree/item slot, the game disconnected. Now, the character data seems corrupted or trapped in a calculation loop, making it impossible to pass the loading screen.

Could you please have your technical team inspect my character's equipment data and manually unequip or remove the problematic jewel from the backend?
