Unable to assign skills to bar using bind screen with controller

I play with controller, whenever I try to asign my skills using the bind screen the skill option jumps to X before it is even possible to reach the desired skill, let alone co confirm selection. It does that only in skill selection, no other game, nothing detected with controller calibration. Have no software in background, tried using another controller, same issue.

Funnily enough this seems to only happen with Chronomancer! By looking online, I see a few posts mentioning the same problem. Please prioritize this, as it makes Chronomancer almost unplayable with a controller!

Edit: This seems to be only happening if I allocate the skill "Sands of Time", from the Chronomancer ascendancy. I believe this happens because skill speed and AoE change every second and the bind screen can't keep up.

By unallocating that skill I was able to bind skills again. Nonetheless, this does require a fix, hope it happens soon!
