Maps keep crashing.

I keep getting a crash while mapping, or a "failed to join any instance" when trying to portal from maps. It has happened like 6x in the last hour and I've lost all of my tier 6 and 7 waystones. When the game reloads, the map is no longer open and my waystone is gone. This has been way worse since the most recent update. Edit: I'm on Xbox series X.
