Ancestral Cry effects draining rage

The volcanic steps triggered by skill gem ancestral cry drain rage EACH STEP when using the "Furious Wellspring" ascendancy provided by the Shaman class

i believe this is an unintended feature as it renders the skill gem completely inert and useless.

After further testing, using skills that move you from one place to another also drain an exceptional amount of rage ^

yes please fix

unplayable with skill effect duration nodes on weapon set swaps making it 100% clunkier than it should be.
