Bug Report: Unable to unlock Limestone Hideout / Progression Blocked

Hello, I am a Path of Exile 2 player currently in the endgame. I am trying to progress along the path toward the Expedition mechanic. Along this route, there is a map to unlock the "Limestone" Hideout. After putting in the map, the quest objective is to "Clear all monsters to unlock the hideout." However, the map spawned with absolutely zero monsters in it (the monster count immediately shows 0), making it impossible to complete the objective. Currently, this is the one and only path available for me to unlock Expedition Logbooks, so my progression is completely blocked
