Pain Offering and Brutus' Brain

My pain offering sometimes disappear way before the duration expires even with brutus' brain equipped. And no I didn't have Last Gasp or Minion Pact equipped. It's also not due to moving too far away either, I've had it disappear literally under my feet.

This seems to happen after the offering is hit enough time by the enemies, the strange thing is that Brutus' Brain is definitely working because my offering survives way longer with it equipped instead of instantly dying, they are just not immortal.

The minion HP bar on it is always full, but if I drop it near high density or under a boss attack sometimes it will die immediately (under 1s)

I might just 6L it and throw in some defense supports until this gets fixed..
