No Free Atlas Points after killing Arbiter of Divinity

After killing Arbiter of Divinity, I did not notice anything to click on top of the platform. Apparently there were "cardinal towers" to click that then zapped sections of the precursor citadel to award free atlas points. And then the player could leave the citadel to find additional halls of Matriarchy/Patriarchy to place more sparks in to kill Arbiter again, and get more free Atlas points.

However, my character, who has killed Arbiter, never got these points. Returning to the top of the Origin tower does not allow me to click any cardinal towers. And now in my Atlas there are no Matriarchy/Patriarchy halls to get more quest pieces to engage the Arbiter again.

So not only do I get no free points, I have to run ALL the citadel maps individually, AND I get no more Arbiter kills/loot.

Is there any help for me? Or do I have to do the remaining 100+ maps just for points??

**Bug Report: Origins of Divinity quest progression blocked**

I seem to be permanently stuck in the Origins of Divinity questline.

Steps:

1. Completed Burning Monolith, Western Gateway, and Eastern Gateway progression.
2. Reached The Origin Tower.
3. Joined a friend's encounters for the prerequisite bosses and obtained the required quest items.
4. I used the quest item in my own Origin Tower and attempted The Arbiter of Divinity, but failed.
5. Later joined my friend's Arbiter encounter. My friend killed the boss, but I was dead when the boss died and did not receive quest completion.
6. The quest item had already been consumed in my own tower.

Result:
I can no longer spawn The Arbiter of Divinity in my own Origin Tower, cannot obtain another quest item, and cannot continue the Origins of Divinity questline or earn the related free Atlas passive points.

This appears to be a progression lock caused by dying during another player's boss kill after already consuming the required quest item.

Critical PoE2 main quest bug blocking all storyline progress.
After leaving party during Divine Arbiter quest, all required quest items vanished from inventory and stash permanently. Official Ctrl+Enter respawn fix does not work.
Besides, my purchased Origin Cradle and Origin Spark can no longer be used for quest objectives. These paid items are wasted due to this bug.
