Perfect Flux Bug

I used Perfect Flux to upgrade the Choir of the Storm Lightning Bolt skill to level 20 but I was unable to put support gems into it after that. I thought it was because the skill still has 4 sockets despite being level 20, so, I used a Perfect Jeweller's Orb to make it 5 sockets but still unable to put support gems. The item level requirement also didn't change to 90.

Edit: It might be because I am still level 84, so, this might be about the level requirement not changing.
