Ritual Pinnacle Fight Bugged

After the boss phases following Mhacha's green paths, the screen goes dark and the player begins taking damage over time as if they are outside the zone. Here is a video that demonstrates the issue: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAWcCElsguU

Tried a couple more times and not sure if this is the intended way the mechanic works but after following the paths I ran back towards where they spawned from and was able to complete the fight
