Title: Breach passive tree fully allocated but one point remains unspent

Version: 0.5.0 Description: I have collected all available Breach passive points and fully allocated every node in the Breach passive tree. There are no remaining nodes I can allocate. However, the tree still shows 1 unspent Breach passive point, and the notification indicator will not go away. This point cannot be assigned anywhere because every node is already taken. Steps to reproduce: Unlock all Breach passives (Breachstone unlocks, etc.). Allocate all nodes until no empty nodes remain. Observe that the tree still displays an extra unspent point. Expected result: After allocating all Breach passive nodes, there should be 0 unspent points remaining. Actual result: 1 point remains permanently unspent with no valid node to allocate it to, leaving a persistent UI notification.
